I have the worst sleep patterns. Before school started, I was getting to the point where I didn't sleep till 2:30am. The other night, I went to sleep at 1:30am. I'm going to have to sleep earlier to wake up at 5am on Tuesdays for clinical. And then there's those days where I don't want to sleep. But ideally, I'd like to sleep 10 hours. I should keep a sleep diary again.
